What Helps a Local Economy Thrive?

A thriving local economy depends on more than attracting new businesses. Supporting existing businesses, developing local talent, encouraging entrepreneurship, and building partnerships can all help create sustainable economic opportunities.

I think collaboration is especially important. When businesses, community leaders, educational institutions, and residents work together, they can identify local needs, strengthen the workforce, and create opportunities that benefit the wider community.

What do you think is the most effective way to strengthen a local economy? Is it supporting small businesses, attracting investment, workforce development, improving infrastructure, or encouraging entrepreneurship?
